Citrus Sesame
My palette draws me towards strong flavors – I love citrus.  To me, citrus just makes vegetables taste better.  But typically citrus flavors can be so strong, you have to compensate with a lot of oil (and oil just isn’t lean!).  Lean on Me, Naturally Citrus Sesame is the perfect blend of tangy flavor and a slightly nutty flavor of sesame.
